- 1. Your car will arrive at the appointed time unless there are circumstances beyond our control in which case we will inform you promptly.
- 2. Please note we are not authorised to carry more persons than our insurances cover for the vehicle you are hiring
- 3. The person booking and paying the deposit is directly responsible for any loss, theft, damage, breakages
or persons soiling the interior of the vehicle. Valeting charge £150.00, glassware £15 per glass CD's £20
each. Other damage or repairs at cost plus 17.5%.
- 4. Our chauffeur has the right to stop the car and ask any person to leave if they mistreat the vehicle in any way.
- 5. Smoking in the cars is strictly prohibited.
- 6. Fast food meals are not permitted in the car.
- 7. If the car should break down during your journey the chauffeur will obtain a vehicle from the closest location to enable your party to reach your destination.
- 8. Every effort will be made to get you to your destination on time but we cannot be held responsible for traffic jams, road works or bad weather en route.
- 9. Any over-run of booked time must be paid at the time of rental in cash (full hours only).
- 10. Deposits paid for by card transactions (card holder not present) will be required to present the same card at time of pick-up to sign sales vouchers. This will also authorise any additional charges required.
- 11. 1st Select Limousines reserves the right to charge a handling fee(excluding deposit) of 2.5%
(excluding bank debit cards).
- 12. Deposits are non-refundable.
- 13. The supply of complimentary drinks by the company may only be consumed in the vehicle and not be
removed at any time. Hirers are not permitted to supply their own drinks unless by special arrangement when a charge of £10.00 will be made.
- 14. Your booking only becomes secured when we have received your deposit.
- 15. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to a booking we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 100% of the value of the full booking cost.
- 16. If you wish to change any details on your booking i.e. time, date, or place/event an extra fee will be chargable (subject to negotiation).
